this is a novel i picked up at the library a few months back, and while i didn't read it right away, once i picked it up i really enjoyed it. the synopsis is:
i don't want to spoil anything but i found it a surprising and beautiful story, and i particularly loved when the novel jumped back to the young girl's diary. her grandmother was a fantastic character, and the book had me really thinking about my place in the world and the flow of life and time. i would definitely recommend this! here's a book trailer featuring the author:
